Steph is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make the claims process easy to understand. When I was feeling overwhelmed, she met with me virtually at a time that fit my schedule. She is so easy to talk to and her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference! Because Steph is so prompt and on top of everything, I was able to get my phone back after it was stolen! The person who found it saw that she had called me, called her back, and even met with her to return my phone. She then emailed me right away, and I was able to pick it up that same day!
